Spine & Art Inspirations
Michał Bajsarowicz – studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań, graduated in drawing under Prof. B. Wegner in 1992.
Areas of creative activity: painting, graphic art, sculpture.
The artist follows the European tradition of drawing the human figure. Man. An eternal, inexhaustible theme, explored by artists from antiquity to the present day, has become his artistic obsession. This dominant motif is the subject of constant experimentation undertaken without any subtext – as the artist emphasises – existential, cultural or social.
Drawing is his predominant form of expression. It is precisely in the characteristics of this basic and first tool in the history of art, in the way he draws, that he most fully expresses his temperament; it is a mixture of firmness and determination, ‘youthful’ uncompromisingness and, at the same time, maturity. Such is Bajsarowicz’s line. He is in the grip of drawing, not only painting, but also mixing techniques and introducing drawing in extenso into the painting, and he also gives this character to his steel sculptures.
According to him, artistic creation is an eternal struggle to discover the mystery of what eludes our understanding. It is the dream of all seekers, travellers, explorers, discoverers, poets and artists. Michał Bajsarowicz once said:
“It is easy to name what has been named, what actually exists. But to find other, new values in these named and existing things, to possess them, to acquire them, to absorb them… That helps me welcome a new day.”

A common language of precision and sensitivity.
The convergence of LfC and the work of the artist Michał Bajsarowicz is no coincidence.
It is a dialogue between two worlds that at first glance seem distant: advanced medical technology and contemporary art. And yet their common denominator remains the human being – their body, balance, movement and need for harmony.
For years, LfC has been developing innovative solutions for spinal surgery, combining engineering precision with a deep understanding of anatomy. Every implant and every tool is designed to restore stability, function and quality of life. This work is based on consistency, responsibility and a constant pursuit of excellence – a philosophy that the company sums up in a simple motto:
If we do…, we do it better.
A similar attitude can be found in the paintings of Michał Bajsarowicz. For years, the artist has focused on the human being – their physicality, emotions, and relationships. His paintings are not mere illustrations of reality, but an attempt to capture it in motion: through line, gesture, and the tension of form. Bajsarowicz builds his compositions at the intersection of drawing and painting, leaving room for ambiguity that captivates the viewer and invites reflection.
