From October 3rd until October 6th, 2007 there was held an international congress presenting papers on the most advanced methods of spine surgery at Expo in Brussels accompanied by the exhibition of the most advanced medical equipment – EuroSpine 2007…

foto1 foto2The Company LfC had already participated in this event several times as a producer and exhibitor representing Central and Eastern Europe.

The company’s stand at the exhibition was visited by around 600 visitors interested in the LfC products. The visitors paid their attention to highly original and advanced solutions of the Polish Spine System DERO. They found them as innovative, universal and elastic with wide range of applications for spinal diseases. The most of the interest of the visitors was directed to the Occipito Cervical Anchorage Method as well as to the advanced in terms of technical-medical solutions vertebral body prosthesis (Expandable Spacer).

The experts in spinal surgery representing medical and industrial circles were more than surprise to hear about the transaction of the sale of the intellectual property and know how related to the Zielona Góra product for the lumbar section interspinous stabilization – inSWing. This implant is the leading product of the new trend in spinal surgery, with the main objective focusing on motion preservation (alloplastics). Although the transaction had been finalized before, the information concerning the same was publicly announced at Eurospine 2007 as the most significant event related to spinal surgery.

Eurospine’ 07 confirmed the growing position of LfC as a stable, innovative creator of new methods in spinal surgery and the related medical products on the international level.
