From 9 to 10 November 2012, LfC company participated in the Brussels International Spine Symposium (XIX BISS). The symposium is organized every year in Brussels by prof. Robert Gunzburg and prof. Marek Szpalski, spinal experts collaborating with the company for years, and attracted many spinal specialist from all over the world.
LfC, together with Polish experts representing neurosurgery and orthopedics, participated in the Symposium for the ninth time. Consultations with experts and specialists from all over the world, including Europe, USA, Israel and China took place at a special stand of LfC company. The meetings confirmed state-of-the-art research and development level of LfC, especially with regard to medical technologies: CarЯLIF and SLIDER DrRB (Distraction by Rotation and Blockage). New DrRB method for treatment of spondylolisthesis using double slided intervertebral wedges has been considered a more effective and safer alternative to the existing methods of treatment of such disorder.
CarЯLIF method also turned out to be an interesting method of treatment of ailments located in the intervertebral space. The discussion concerned unique benefits from using this products that distinguish themselves on the market of available methods of such type. 3D frame structure of the implant together with special design for self-guidance and positioning control gained recognition among surgeons and attracted huge interest of competitors.
Innovative LfC solutions aroused vivid interest among all the visitors, including leading surgeons from Belgium, Germany, France, Israel, Sweden, Denmark, UK etc. Again, LfC confirmed its strong position on the international market as an innovative company, promoting unique technologies and methods for spinal surgery.
