The LfC company was established in 1989, and since then – taking the trouble to reach a world-class level – has been successfully operating on the domestic and global market, delivering medical products used in orthopedic surgery and neurosurgery.

From the beginning, all our actions were guided by one motto: „ If we do… we do it best”. Therefore, we put a special emphasis on scientific development and the creation of R&D facilities.

We focus on Research, Development, and Implementation of:

• Implants for treatment of neuro-musculoskeletal system, in particular, human spine;
• Implantable biomaterials used in orthopedics and neurosurgery;
• The durability of implantable medical devices, of which the fruit is the creation of Spinal System DERO, which is an original Polish product that meets high global standards.
• Qualified research staff working in the Research & Development Department, is tasked with conducting innovative research and development, design, construction, and testing of prototypes. Oftentimes in cooperation with specialists from leading technical and medical facilities in the country and abroad. We have our own and patented innovative design solutions. The quality of our products is confirmed by the introduction of the Quality Management System EN ISO 9001, EN ISO 13485 in 2003, and the awarding of the CE-mark certificate to LfC. According to the adopted credo, we boldly set our goals to further improve and develop our products and procedures. Thanks to our concern for quality and continuous progress, we joined the global stream of scientific and technological achievements, setting upfront the most important task – effective patient help.
